hepa filter

HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter manufacturing is a process that produces high-quality air filters that can remove up to 99.97% of small (0.3 micron) particles like dust, pollen, bacteria, and viruses from the air. They are used in places like hospitals, laboratories, airplanes, and clean rooms where clean air is essential.

In the manufacturing process, first a fine mesh of glass fiber or synthetic material is made. It is then pleated (folded) and fitted into a frame. The filter is then made air-tight so that there is no leakage. Each filter is also tested to confirm its efficiency. To make a HEPA filter, it is important to maintain high precision and cleanliness.
